Shipping Information

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days (usually only 1) via USPS Ground Advantage for a flat rate fee of $5.00.  If your product total is $40 or more, it ships for free. Normally, your package should arrive in 2-5 business days after mailing depending on your location, but the USPS does not guarantee this. Please bear this in mind when ordering for a specific occasion. Tracking information will be provided when the order is shipped.

Please double-check your address to make sure it is correct.  I cannot be responsible for lost or misdelivered items due to customer providing an incorrect address. A $10 fee will be assessed for any package that must be re-shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Great care is taken in the creation, packaging, & shipping of your items.  However, in the unlikely event you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged by the PO, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it & we will work out an appropriate solution.  If damaged, please keep the item & packaging so an insurance claim can be filed.

Returns for any other reason are generally not accepted but may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on circumstances.  Please be sure to check the entire description and size information to ensure you will be happy with your purchase.  If accepted, item must be returned in original condition within 7 days & return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.  Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

Items returned without prior approval will incur a 25% Restocking Fee.

Privacy

Any personal information you provide will only be used for order fulfillment or customer inquiry responses.  It will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or used for marketing purposes.

Stripe, a major third-party payment processor, handles all financial transactions. I do not have access to your credit card information.

Other Notes

Metal information is provided so those with sensitivities may make an informed decision as to whether a particular item is appropriate for their individual situation. It is not a guarantee of suitability.

Items in my shop are not intended for children under the age of 15.

Listings are for the stated products only.  Any other items pictured are props only & not included in your purchase.

I do not usually do custom orders but I am open to the possibility.  If you have a request, go ahead & ask and I will help if I can.
